I'm a 63-year-old female that have always put myself last and it has come to the place that I have to get a knee replacement. I've known several people that have had knee replacements done by Dr. Hefley. Every visit he has been patient, caring & concerned about the pain that I've been in for so long.
Great experience with Dr Hefley and Kenny, his PA - experienced surgeon and support staff from scheduling, check in, x-ray techs and nurses take the best care of me. Very kind and caring, seem to always go above and beyond.

Dr. Hefley was very personable and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hefley was able to remove the fluid from my knee reducing pain and increasing mobility. Dr. Hefley made me feel very comfortable about the process leading up to surgery and after surgery. I highly recommend
Young lady front desk very professional
I made an appointment to see Dr. Hefley. I was taken to x-ray whose staff and technicians were very professional. Was finally taken from the waiting room an hour past my appointment time which I was with the physician assistant of Dr. Hefley. She was kind and professional yet not the doctor I had an appointment with. Please understand one hour past appointment time, conferenced with the physician assistant, never introduced to, treated by nor even saw by Dr. Hefley who my appointment was to see. Got me in same day as injury. Friendly, professional and efficient. Answered all my questions and was not in a hurry. Thanks Dr Hefley!
I could have had a Tele appointment because we only talked. I was not told that the injection I received in my first appointment would raise my glucose lever. The wait was long before seeing anyone.
