Very unprofessional management.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is non existent. They have lied and cheated their way through my entire experience with them. I will never do business with a Performance dealership ever again. Don’t waste your time or your money! Find another dealership that isn’t full of people who will say or do anything to get as much of your money as they can.
If I could give no stars I would. We bought our van back in Sept. We never have recieved the headrest we were promised. I have called monthly about them and I get a we will call you back with an update that never comes. The maintence issue with my door sticking was not fixed as they stated. As soon as we got home it started sticking again. And now 9 months after buying our van we find out our leasing company has a conpletly different van on file. Our contract was written up for a 2012 not a 2011 and no one at the dealership ... read more

I love Performace Honda. I bought my beautiful HRV last summer and I have been so happy with my visits to the service dept for my interior work, oil changes and when I've brought my daughter's civic in. They try hard to please and I've not had a bad experience . Keep up the great work!!
