Worst experience I’ve ever had! They do not follow through with anything but taking your money! They do not have things when that call and say they do ( which is what they did to me) did not show me how to use my remote start clunky thing on your key chain that shuts off the vehicle when you unlock it and way overpriced. They say unlimited car washes but only if a tech runs it through the car wash for you! Worst place ever. Customer service is horrible even after trying to give them the benefit of the doubt!

Your salesman Bradley was so rude. We were there to buy a car. It took ten minutes for anyone to recognize that we were even in the showroom. We were the only customers at the time. All the salesmen were goofing off. Finally Bradley came over to help us. When he couldn’t get us the deal we wanted that we had at another dealership, he came unhinged. What a bawl baby. Avoid this place at all cost! They are completely DISHONEST. We were serious buyers, found a car we were really interested in, paid $500 deposit - which we were told was completely refundable - while they cleaned up the car and got it ready for us to test drive. Then we found a better car/deal elsewhere. They still owe us our $500 back. We called multiple times requesting the credit, they still haven't reverse the charge and its been over a month. Now we are disputing it with our credit card company.
I have always been taken advantage when taking my car for repairs. Jordan @ performance honda bountiful fixed my civic today. it was a simple update. the light said engine troubles so he could have charged me a fortune for a "fix" and I wouldn't have known. thank you!!!! I love that you are honest and don't take advantage of us "old ladies." I recommend them. ask for Jordan!
