The reason we have been so successful is our commitment to customer service and that we listen to our customers. We have never had a good experience dealing with them. Not in sales or service. They messed up our purchase paperwork, couldn’t figure out where our license plates were (the day before our temp tag expired), never call back when they say they will, service people don’t seem to know what’s going on... we will never buy from here again and would never recommend them to anyone.
I would never recommend Performance Honda Bountiful. Their sells/purchasing/financing departments up-sell "Service Contracts" that you pay an extra $2300 for and they give you false information about this warranty coverage. (I've called and there is nothing anyone will do to rectify the situation). Their service department (which we used one time too many) is the slowest oil change service I've ever received. RecommendedThanks for the stellar 45 minute oil change as promised. Great Multi Point Inspection Video! They washed my car today and dried it. Everyone was so easy going and friendly. Feels great to be a preferred customer! Sergio is my man! I bring all of my vehicles here not just my Honda.
Love the service department!! They always get me in and out of there super quickly! The advisors are always super nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend!!
I’m supposed to be a “preferred” customer. I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. This should be a 30 minute job. The fact that I had an appointment didn’t seem to mean very much. I waited over 2 hours to get this done. So much for “preferred “ and scheduled.
I am overwhelmed, and distraught. after paying a large amount on my car a month, a year later I went to refinance my car for an SUV and a different bank and they turned me away. I have payed over 7gs on my car and only 2g of it went to my car the rest went to interest only! Excellent low pressure sales experience. Honest and upfront. Bradley Penrod was a fantastic salesman I would recommend him and the entire dealership to anyone.
Bought my first car! And David helped me out because i didnt know what i was doing and he was super awesome! So nice and funny and made the experience so easy and fun!
