Causes Nightmares We also had a bad experience. We got a used vehicle with a bad engine, and have spent $2000, so far, and been in and out of the mechanics getting it repaired. They didn't service it, and it has turned into a nightmare! It's also extremely obvious, the two good reviews are from Willey Deal. They sound more like advertisements. They suck!
BEWARE We had a HORRIBLE experience at Willey Honda. We bought a vehicle that we were told had been "gone through with a fine toothed comb" only to find out that, oops, this particular vehicle fell through the cracks and actually was not serviced--they only changed the oil and topped off the tranny fluid. We had to replace the transmission less than ONE WEEK after purchsing the car. Willey Deal? You bet he will...kind of. The funny thing about Willey Honda in Bountiful is that they have these commercials with the slogan, Willey deal? You bet he will but thats misleading. They dont haggle prices with the customer, the prices are set and you cant get around them. Does that sound bad? THINK AGAIN. Watch for the bait and switch the car we wanted was listed on their site for $14,500 we confirmed it with our usual salesman drove 90 miles to dealership and when we arrived oops we changed the price to 23,000 thanks for wasting hours of your time fuel and oh yeah already pulled credit reports to. Don’t trust a word out of Jono mouth. To think performance ford has been so amazing We bought 2 new cars from them in the last 12 months. Run don’t walk away from this place.
Do not do business with Performance Honda!!! I purchased a used Honda CRV for $8000 out the door in October 2021. It was a fair price for the market at that time. But within six months I had to replace the brakes all around as well as the starter. I just reached out to them again today (10/07/2022) to trade in that vehicle for a newer used model CRV and they offered me $1000 trade-in. KBB value for the vehicle is $4500 average. Worst dealership ever! after George one of their sales guy was extremely rude yelling at my husband and I and using a threating body language, NO ONE in the dealership did anything!!! one of the managers there i think Rent or Brent I dont know his name well, he sae and heard everything and did nothing! seriously, what a disgrace! we also found out by coworkers that this George is often in a bad mood and aggressive! i cant believe things like this happen in a dealership. embarrasing!
They did an amazing job. Very fair and up front. The service was sooo much better than Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. So glad I made the drive. Better deal and better service. Hard to beat that! They are my new dealer and I have purchased or leased 5 Honda’s.
Spent >$1600 to fix my car, which would not start. Drove it three miles home, went inside to get kids to go to the park, came back outside and the car would not start. That is ok, everyone makes mistakes. I did not leave a bad review for the other car repair place which also did not fix the problem, because they were courteous and kind when I called to discuss the problem.
