Such frustrating expirences. I Took my car in 1 week ago to have some issues with the AC looked at. They took 3 hours to even look and diagnose the issues they then gave me service options. They told me my car would be done by 5 if I chose to have it worked on that day.i was fine to come another day if it couldn't be done by 5. The absolute worst auto dealership I have encountered in 40+ years of driving and dozens of cars bought, sold, traded in and serviced at dealerships in 4 states. I bought a car that they advertised online and they shipped it to me. The transmission was shot.
