Travis and Jacob did a fantastic job installing my new heating/air system. They were punctual, professional, courteous and informative. They answered all questions. From start to finish the Wilbur Team has been very helpful, making for a smooth transaction. I will definitely recommend this company.

Our HVAC system quit working. We called Wilbur and they responded right away. The service technician quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also took a few minutes and showed me a protective device that is installed on newer HVAC systems. He explained why the protective device tripped and shut the system off and demonstrated a simple preventive maintenance action that should help avoid tripping the protective device again. He was very professional, polite, and did a great job.

Excellent customer service, they called to ask if I was ready for the Tech to come out to our house. They gave me his name and when he would be there. When Will arrived he was very courteous and went right to work with our heating check up. Afterwards he thanked me for all of our business and was on his way. Well pleased with everything!
