We were so pleased the work that Robert and Travis did at our house installing a new heat pump. They were very professional and efficient and worked in a timely manner. We will definitely call them again!
Steve was on time, efficient, and helpful. This was a scheduled maintenance check up and we appreciate Wilbur's team and their service and professionalism.
Will S**** did a very good job, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Our HVAC system quit working. We called Wilbur and they responded right away. The service technician quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also took a few minutes and showed me a protective device that is installed on newer HVAC systems. He explained why the protective device tripped and shut the system off and demonstrated a simple preventive maintenance action that should help avoid tripping the protective device again. He was very professional, polite, and did a great job.

Excellent customer service, they called to ask if I was ready for the Tech to come out to our house. They gave me his name and when he would be there. When Will arrived he was very courteous and went right to work with our heating check up. Afterwards he thanked me for all of our business and was on his way. Well pleased with everything!
