Thanks Wilbur and team for sending out Jason to help us consider installing a sump pump replacement and then installing back up battery in case we loose power. Unfortunate we heard it was not compatible for outside pump. We will continue to look up options
Matt has worked for Wilbur's Plumbing for many years and has installed a gas line for new cooktop, installed a new gas water heater, replaced a faulty (original to the house) water line regulator, etc. He is a professional, prompt, knowledgeable guy and thorough in communicating. Matt has been ethical and respectful each occasion I've needed work done and represents his employer well.
The techs Matt and Cameron was great! They fixed the issues I was having! Great service!

Will, the air condition tech, provided excellent service for a routine maintenance service call. Went above and beyond the routine maintenance correcting an issue resulting from the initial install of the system. However, I have some concerns pertaining to an encounter I had with one of their "dishonest" plumbers. Had I fallen for the sham they tried to get over on me, I would have been out of a "FORTUNE"!!!

Matt and Justin were Plummer's sent to handle the job. They were fantastic , did a great job. They are a wonderful reflection of the type of service Wilbur's provides to customers. Wilbur's is a company that provides great service at reasonable prices. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

A capacitor for our AC went out on the hottest weekend of the year. I called at 6 am and by 9 Scott was at work on it. He provided quiet efficient service and explained the problem, the solution and how my warrantee was helping me. Once again, Wilbur's team provided excellent service. I appreciated that they have an answering service overnight so we can get a message to them. I confirmed the appointment during early business hours and Karen called back promptly. Highly recommended.

I have been with Wilbur's for almost 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else. They have technicians who are friendly, knowledgeable and who really care, and I always feel very well taken care of. Today I had an issue with my thermostat and Todd came out to take care of it.
