I feel as if I was overcharged by your company. I kept asking the technicians how much was the disposal, but they never gave me a price for how much the garbage disposal actually was, they only give me a grand total of how much it will be including the labor. Dale did a great job solving a small problem I've had with one of my two toilets, but only then did we discuss completely switching out both toilets, considering the age of the house and that both toilets were original to the house. I purchased my new toilets from a local supply store, Dale carefully removed the old ones, and beautifully installed both new ones -- all in one business day! Respect and courtesy are what you would expect out of any company(although, you can't always count on it) but it's that 'little something extra' that we love to give our customers to make them feel like family.
Wilber's did a good job. The plumbers, Jason and Brian, were very friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after all the multi fixes, which I consider as important as the work performed. The scheduler kept me informed as to their arrival. No waiting and guessing, the normal procedure! I am very satisfied with the total job.

Wilbur's did an outstanding job. I called late on Friday afternoon after another company had said they couldn't come out until Monday. Within an hour Wilbur's had Jonathan on site to diagnose and resolve my problem. Jonathan was able to repair the problem quickly and answered all our questions happily. Outstanding job!

They sent an apprentice out to install my bathroom sink. In the state of Alabama this is breaking the law! Then they wanted $*** to do the job which was toning to take less than an hour. Called and spoke to Wilbur who kindly explained that they charge $*** per hour to cover costs? No thanks
