Outstanding service. I had **** and ******* come out to fix a problem with a stopped up sink, and they were friendly, efficient and effective. Problem solved! **** and ******* were knowledgeable and capable, and they answered all my questions. They showed me various options and helped me get everything working properly again. I called Wilburs and told them my mini split was out of Freon and not heating or cooling. They told me it would be $69 to come out and diagnose the problem. They came out right on schedule and looked at the unit. They came in after a few minutes and told me it was out of Freon and it would be nearly $400 to diagnose the problem. I had already told them the unit was out of Freon so I sent them on their way. They misled me and took my $69.
