I had a plumbing issue on my home urinal. The entire staff was great. Brie and Megan (office manager) were very helpful and polite. Jeremy the repairman was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and prices were very reasonable. In the future, they will be the only company I will call. If I ever have A/C issues, I will definitely call these folks.

matt, the field tech. came out on time ,explained what he thought my sewer problem was, and was clear on the estimated and what / how long the job would take. it's an expensive fix, but when he suggested the no interest finance option and the transferrable 5 year warranty, I felt more at ease going ahead/.. I've dealt with other companies with this problem, and Wilburs has been the most professional.. Can't wait for the problem to be fixed!!. ..

I called Wilbur's to come check my AC unit since it wasn't keeping up with the heat. I called about 8am and the tech Will S**** was here just before noon. He was very polite, pleasant to talk to, extremely knowledable, and thoeough. He spent about 2 hours checking out my system, discovered the problem and fixed it. He said my unit was 22 years old and would need to be replaced soon and when that time comes i will definitely call Wilbur's. I highly recommend them forAC servicw

We called Wilber's for a technician to come out because our air conditioning wasn't cooling. We got an immediate same day technician , Robert. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and offered different resolutions and explained all. We decided on a new cooling system. He took care of everything that day and set up indtallTion for 8am the next day. Wilbur's is always available when I call. They schedule to come when I need them to be here and actually show up!! Will was wonderful, explained all of the issues, and then proceeded to fix them. He was a true gentleman, offered explanations for all of my many questions, and took whatever time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the repairs. Certainly, I will continue to use Wilbur's. They are my "GO TO" Company!

Robert and the entire Wilbur's team did a great job installing an entirely new HVAC system for us. Robert provided a thorough explanation of available system options. All of Wilbur's staff and technicians were very responsive, on time, polite, maintained a continuous effort, and kept us informed of the progress of each phase of the project. It is hot outside and the new system is keeping the house nice and cool. I would recommend Wilbur's to others who need HVAC service.
