I have been dealing with Wilbur's for my A/C and heating needs for over 6 years now. They are always punctual, helpful and very friendly. Their techs are very knowledgeable and get the job done correctly the first time. They are always willing to answer all my questions and discuss any options available. Service Team was prompt and professional. Upon arrival, Dylan accessed the problem with the AC Unit. Dylan explained the process and provided the necessary information during the visit. Great Job. Very polite and knowledgeable.
New HVAC system installed in June. Compressor wouldn't cycle on today, Friday at 4 pm. Called Wilbur's, Dylan arrived quickly, replaced a fuse under warranty and saved the day.
My AC went out Friday night, I called Wilbur's and they had me up and running in no time. Even though Bowers had to come out at midnight, He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would use them again.
Wilbur's was prompt and courteous. Received a text to establish an appointment date and time; received a phone call on the day of the appointment to let me know the technician, Jeremy, was on his way. Jeremy evaluated the plumbing problem and offered several solutions. Thank you for your help in diagnosing our plumbing problem.
