Dylan from Wilbur's Plumbing HVAC diagnosed AC problem and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting unfortunately determined that AC was DOA. He recommended a new AC/Heat Pump. He helped me select a suitable replacement that will meet my needs. It was costlier than I had hoped but was a good option with a good warranty and one that Wilbur's had a good experience with in terms of reliability.

Wilbur HVAC had done the pre-sale inspection and after taking custody of the house found the lower unit was not coming on. Turns out I had incorrectly switched the unit off outside. The Tech, Dylan, checked the switches and switched them on correctly and everything worked fine afterwards. While here I signed up for annual maintenance program and Tech cleaned and inspected the entire system. Everything working well now and tech was both knowledge and professional..
