Matt and his crew did an excellent job. Matt, Jacob and will were professional, courteous and hard working. they installed my new water in in short order. If I need any plumbing work in the futuer Wilbur will be the first one I call.
Always available when needed, excellent customer service from office staff and the technicians are extremely qualified in their areas of expertise.
Easy to schedule an appointment and follow up to confirm was great. Techs called before arriving and were quick and efficient. Very courteous. However, felt the price for services rendered was HIGH.

good customer service. They had emergency call while servicing our plumbing. Made sure we O.K. with them going to the emergency. They were unable to return that day so they called and said would give us a discount and arrive first thing the next business day if we didn't mind them not returning same day. We agreed and they were true to their word. Customer service reps were very courteous. Fixed our plumbing problem quickly.

I called at night because a/c had gone out. Hotter in the house than outside. Technicians were out the next morning to troubleshoot. Was advised the best option was to replace the whole unit. Robert came out to propose options for new system. After making my choice, equipment was ordered and installation crew was on the way. The guys worked until after dark. Great job by everyone that came out. I've been using Wilbur's for years and have never been anything less than completely satisfied.
Thank you to Wilbur Plumbing in Trussville for the great work they did for us. They came right out when we called them with a major problem, Kudos to Jeremy, Will and George. They are such hard workers, never stopping , especially in 100 degree temp. They were professional and friendly. We will use them again if we have any other problems. We highly recommend them.
