This boutique hotel is within a convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the late afternoon wine and nibbles, and the breakfast was extremely good with free tea and coffee all day and night. Our room was quite dark but it wasn't really an issue as the room was at the back, so it was very quiet and good size.
Always stay at this conveniently located, customer focused establishment. The staff is always very polite and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast and early afternoon wine and snacks as well as our comfortable room with cozy fireplace. Parking is of course pricey in the city but handled with great ease and promptness. Walking to Union Square is a snap, great access to cable cars, and can walk to so many places such as Chinatown.
Just spent four great days in San Francisco and stayed at the White Swan. Had very nice suite and the staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend.
Had a wonderful stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved my quiet room with its fireplace, bay window and window seat, free wi-fi, free beverages, comfy chair . . . It was comfortable and personal. And a great location.
