What a great Place! they offer the cutest rooms with fireplaces and authentic old design. Sure, it's older and you hear the flooring squeaking and it needs some paint here and there - but the amazing employees make totally up for everything. The cookies are always homemade and the wine reception is absolutely great! Good location for trips within the city as well. I would stay here anytime again, if I'm in the area.

The best mistake I ever made ! --> Completely screwed up some reservations and got directed to the WSI... what amazing people ! Totally bent over backwards to make it the best possible stay... Great room... great reccs for dinner... you name it... Kyle is on a mission to totally keep himself on the topside of "what goes around, comes around".... Leon is auditioning for sainthood... This place is what you always hoped for, but probably never found... We will be back !!!!!
My mom and I stayed here for our week long trip in San Fran. Both my parents also stay here every time they visit. This place is awesome! My favorite hotel by far. Everything was so nice and staff was excellent. Take advantage of the afternoon wine everyday. Can't wait to return with my husband!

Ett synnerligen charmigt hotell som hämtad från den brittiska landsbygden. Heltäckningsmattor, gröna med röda prickar, öppen spis på alla rum, blommiga tapeter. Bra frukost. Stora rum. Trevlig personal. Gratis och generös vinbuffé varje eftermiddag. Enorma sängar (höga). Rekommenderas!
