I made my expectations clear when I walked in, but instead of test driving cars to see which one I liked best, I spent most of the time sitting in a salesperson’s office, getting exhausted waiting on absolutely nothing. The dealership was wonderful in many ways. Allowing me to just walk around and take in the vehicles that were there I felt very at ease’s shopping for a car since it was my first new one I.n. 23 years. How times have changed
Everything went smoothly. But we old timers would appreciate being reminded that when we turn a car in, we need to bring the title, registration, and an updated insurance card to drive the demo. Also, being charged for an annual inspection and being told at the same time that the car should be sent out to pasture was disappointing.. Especially since I bought a new car in the next room.
