New car purchase Very easy to deal with. My purchase was basically handled by one person. My car buying experience has usually been handled by several people after selecting the car. It's much better dealing with one person.
Enthusiasm and Knowledge prevailed, Initial evaluation of auto was helped by the manager,and two salespersons.My personal salesman Nate Allen, was not only a credit to White Allen but more importantly an very nice young man. Nates manner in the finding of our desired auto, a price satisfactory to us, and doing all this in a little over an hour. was a outstanding feat. At the time of this writing, having put on 52 miles, both Joan and I are a Volkswagen family.
Awesome service department! We scheduled our Golf TDI for phase 2 emissions service with the other VW dealership in Dayton (where the car was purchased), and had the worst experience imaginable (bottom line they were unknowledgeable & had a poor concept of customer service to say the least!). Ended up having to reschedule the service with White Allen VW, & wished we’d done so in the first place after such an efficient and pleasant experience. New Building Everything went well. But, it might have been nice that the scheduler mention that VW moved to a new building. Our last visit was obviously prior to the move. My husband had to go looking to find someone to ask. I was waiting a couple hundred feet away to pick him up. He did not have his cell phone with him. Finally grew impatient and got out of my car to see that they moved and a sales rep told me what to do. Husband concurrently called me using Service's phone on my cell phone to tell me what happened.
Oil change on Jetta I had no issues, car was done in a little over an hour. Took the shuttle home and they came and picked me up when the car was ready .
Tiguan wouldn’t start! My not yet 3-year old Tiguan wouldn’t start. Talked to the Customer Service Rep, Ryan, who did everthing he could to help me with the situation. I finally got my car into service later that day, and he took me right away. Turns out it was the battery, which was on recall anyway. The car was done in little over an hour. Ryan was very helpful and accommodating!
Car was making noises My car was making noises so I took it in to get looked at, the same day I had an issue. They provided a shuttle to and from work. They fixed my car and didn't try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need. Great service.
Excellent Work Brought my 2017 GTI in for warranty repair of an interior component. Not only was the repair perfect, but the quality of service and quality control was outstanding.
