Oil change Beautiful new location, friendly employees, long wait to complete oil change. My overall experience was good. They had a nice spread of snacks and drinks in the waiting room as well.
Always a good experience Even though it might cost a little more, I have seen the difference in quality of work at White Allen vs Grismer tire. As long as I have my VW I will prefer to take it to White Allen.
20,000 mile service Ryan called multiple times to keep me informed of my car’s status. There was a little hiccup with the tires but he was quick to get it fixed.

repaired hard top of EOS so it would open I was able to make an appointment for the day after I called. A ride was provided for me to my home within a few minutes. My repairs were done within the time promised. Your new facility is very impressive and I will continue to use it when needed.

Great service They did a great job repairing my Gti. I would recommend White Allen to anyone! Quick in and quick repair. The repair took less than an hour.
Great service on warranty repair. Ryan and Jamie were great to deal with. VW had refused to cover an issue with my car even though it was under warranty when I took it to another dealer. Brought it to White-Allen and they got them to rightfully cover it. Brock got all of my problems documented and was great to deal with as well. We’ve bought six cars from White-Allen in the last three years because of their outstanding service.
