Took my Beetle on for much work. They kept me informed and completed it in a day. She is a very happy bug now! Frank was great!
We have a business and buy 5-7 vehicles per year. Stopped in and asked if they require arbitration agreement to buy a car and was told no. Made a trip back the next day to buy, explained to 3 employees, all assured us that it was only required for extended warranty. Im a veteran and do not believe we should give our rights up. In the area and stopped in to ask and was Told us they didn't require arbitration agreement to buy a vehicle. (I'm a veteran and do not believe in being forced to give up my rights) made another trip the next day to purchase one and explained this to 3 employees who said it was only required on extended warranty. Spent couple of hours of our time only to find THEY LIED. First paper they stuck in front of me...We walked out.

Piazza Volkswagen Langhorne is the name of trust, honesty and satisfaction. specially Christine who helped me get my vehicle serviced that defect which I do not know and even was not considering to be present there because my vehicle was just 7 months old. The service was incredible from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was beyond helpful and friendly. Eric was amazing and made sure I felt good about my decisions and took the time to talk me through any and all questions I had.
Devan Petit was the person who took care of my car April 4, 2025. The job was brakes and oil housing leak. The brakes were easy bu the oil leak was a rather difficult job. My car wasn't going to get done and it was the weekend. Lia was out of loaner cars. But Devan went above and beyond to get me a loaner car, so I wouldn't be without a car for the weekend. My car was ready to go on Monday. I have used Lia VW of Enfield for all my car care needs and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership.
