To paraphrase Diane Chamers, I hate car buying with the white hot intensity of a thousand bursting suns. However, after dealing with Derek Welch and the team at Mastria, I might have to change that by an order of magnitude. They helped find the right pre-owned for me, and I adore it. Derek was patient, cheerful, upfront, and honest. He made the whole experience pretty darn great. If I could leave 6 stars, I would.
