Worked with Keri Kazalis for months to get my car from Germany. She was always there for any questions I had along the way. I live equidistant from 3 VW dealerships. Keri is a delightfully positive person and the main reason I choose to purchase from Lia.
Do not go here. Bought a brand new Chevy trax, only put 2,000 miles on it so far and the check engine light is on and I can’t even put gas in this car. They claim they fixed the issue, I go to pick my car up the check engine light is still on so they take it back and this time they claim they forgot to “tighten” a clamp down. Now a day later my light is back on again and nobody can answer a phone call. Worst place I’ve ever bought a car from!
Kyriaki Kazalis, my salesperson, was incredibly kind and patient. She answered all my questions, ensured I knew how to contact her if there were any issues, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle.

I consider this dealer the best one in Bucks county/Langhorne area. The price offered there is very reasonable while the quality of the service is superior. They usually offers free courtesy multi point inspection during the annual inspection or oil change. For example, after annual state inspection, the technician pointed out that 2 of the tires were 10 years old and worn out and recommended me to replace those tires.
