They are always really good to me. Both my salesperson (Stan McKnight) and the dealership manager (Jamie) always come by to say hello and check to make sure everything is being handled.

Fast and respectful I was explained in detail and in a way I could understand what was causing the specific issues I was having with my vehicle. No work was completed until I fully understood the recommended repairs and costs.
Great Ryan has the best customer service I’ve ever been around. He is a very valuable part of your team. Do not let him get away or you would lose customers. Other indivials who work at this location are not as friendly.
20,000 mile check up. I love the new VW center. It’s very open, clean and welcoming. I was assisted very quickly and everyone was very friendly. All of my maintenance was done and finished sooner than I expected. When I picked up my Tiguan it had been washed - thank you. Your location is very convenient for me.
Great Improvement I was pleased with the improvement in your customer service at White. Allen. Ryan Caldwell seemed to be a knowledgeable service manager. My previous experiences with your service department was very bad. The lady at the service desk was not very friendly. I had major service to replace the fan belt. You kept my car over night, and your cleaning department trashed my engine cover. Service issue; now resolved General Manager Jamie reached out to my husband about the customer service issue described below, after I'd posted this review. The dealership made the situation right in taking care of the cost of the required repairs made by the other shop. Quick and easy Had the appointment scheduled, only issue was finding the brand new service center! Once I realized it was the next building down, it was easy to pull in, confirm the appointment and service needed, and then relax in their lounge. I was able to use their Wi-Fi and take a conference call in the hour and then the car was ready, including a car wash. Easy peasy.
Read comments below. Good vehicle service BUT your telephone service is terrible. Had to call several times to be connected to the correct person. Creates the impression of chaos. Phone people were friendly but had a problem connecting to correct department and, when finally connected, no one would answer the phone. Further, left messages for a callback and no one called back.
