Went to resell car I bought there and EVERYTHING THAT CAN GO WRONG HAS GONE WRONG! My sell back was in pretty great condition for a 2015 Jetta turbo! Was screwed badly on the offer, was told one thing then offered another! Still haven’t got my money and it looks like it getting really messed up! BEWARE
What a great experience! I was looking at a car with a lot of interest and. Ernest made me feel totally comfortable and excited about my search! The team was actually able to get me better financing than I had coming into the purchase and with a local bank. Overall the whole staff was friendly, helpful and the space was absolutely beautiful! They had a great selection of used cars as well considering how difficult those are to come by...I would definitely recommend stopping by for a look!
After being treated like I was an inconvenience there on Friday, you won’t see me step foot in there again. I bought VW Care when I bought my Passat, which included three additional services. Now they’re telling me they won’t do my last service that I already paid for because it supposedly expired back in November.
