I stopped in to ask about my low coolant alarm and Devan Petit was at the service desk. He immediately went out with me to my cat and checked it out. He topped it off so that it would be safe because it was low.I then made an appointment to have it really check out and everything turned out fine.

There’s a reason this dealership averages 2. 5 stars. Good luck getting any reliable help from the service department. We’ve had ongoing issues with our Tiguan, and while Volkswagens aren’t exactly known for being the most dependable vehicles, the experience becomes much worse when combined with a dealership that lacks accountability, responsiveness, and basic customer care. It was explained to you that, due to the very intermittent nature of the issue you described, a diagnostic fee might apply only if the concern was unrelated to warranty coverage. Every concern you have had with your vehicle to date has been fully covered under your Volkswagen warranty. I have been living in lala land driving around in my new suv for the past two weeks and it is all thanks to Billy! I went to the dealership wanting to test drive the car with hopes of one day buying it, not thinking I would actually be able to walk away with my dream car that same day! Bill listened to what I wanted and made sure I was able to leave satisfied. Following is the email I wrote to Mike Williams on 10/24/25 and I still have not received a response. Please note that the car I purchased at full price did not include floor mats and I was not informed (I thought they were in the trunk of the vehicle): I received a letter in the mail this week that my tags were ready for pick-up in Pasadena for my 2019 VW Atlas.
