On Thursday, November 6, 2025, I drove from Pittsburgh PA to Pasadena Maryland to pick up my dream car. Not only did ants were in Volkswagen have the best deal. Trevor and staff were just amazing hands-down even with it being out of town. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had I drove a total of 10 hours and every second was worth it. Bought at 2025 Tahoe in May, by the end of May noticed rattles in the interior back side panels. Was told they fixed them. Drove the vehicle 45 minutes to my home, it was not fixed. Returned a week later for the same rattle that they “finally fixed.” Again, a month later the rattle returned. I need my vehicle so I didn’t make it back in until yesterday, November 7 where they said they adjusted the panel and fixed it, mind you I also have paint coming off a small piece on the exterior window that also had to be looked at. Theu pretend they don't remember the 10 year warranty they used to have when I bought my car and when reminded, software updates aren't covered anyway. If it is needed to make the airbag function, it should surely be covered. I keep getting it back dirty roo
