VOLKSWAGON Too high class acting people!! I felt horrible when leaving this new place! I was treated very nice at the old service place!! Rude guy when I entered into this place and all I wanted was to know where to go to get my SUV done because I had an appointment!!
Car cleaning It was a quick turnaround time but I didn’t feel my car was as clean as it should have been...mostly the windows. It wasn’t full of gas either but maybe you don’t do that.

Raises Bar - Awesome Dealership Dealership - Sales, Service, Finance - all in sync and happy to help out. They raise the bar with customer service and sales. The showroom is perfect. You can tell all the workers are engaged and have a sense of urgency and enjoy being there. Stan is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and immediately raised the bar with his personality and knowledge base. He is an irreplaceable asset to the team.
Thorough and Professional Ryan Caldwell is the only reason I continue bringing my car here. Every time I have an issue, he is prompt, professional and extremely informative. Whether it be through walking you to the service floor or sending pictures to your phone, Ryan makes sure you understand what's the issue is, and that you understand the best way to move forward. Overall I am very happy with my recent service experience, and I highly recommend working with Ryan if you do take your vehicle into White Allen VW.
Oil change and system check on my 2006 Beetle All was done promptly. My car has 76,000 miles on it so I wanted all systems checked. It just needed its yearly oil change. I wish the car would have been vacuumed out after service.
Great service and less than I thought it would be I had to have my spark plugs changed and I was really dreading it because I know they are difficult to access in my Beetle. I was expecting the cost to be around twice what it ended up costing. Thanks to Ryan and the service staff for taking care of my Sunshine. She runs 20x better now and I am totally pleased. Peace love hugs!
Fast and great service I dropped my car off for service.. everyone one was so nice.. they gave me a ride home to wait instead of waiting at dealership. And service was done quickly they washed my car picked me back up by shuttle car and went over all the details when I came back for my car. Everyone was super nice and friendly.
Service on my 2009 Passat Great customer service from service wirter's Ryan and Brock. The service provided was both friendly and professional and was done in a very expeditious manner. I will have your Volkswagen Service Dept do all future work on both my Volkswagen's. Again Thank you for the great treatment.
