Oil Change I was disappointed at how expensive it was. I am surprised that it was $90 for an oil change and an inspection. Ryan was great! Amazing customer service!!

Easy! We just purchased a used Jetta for our daughter. Within the first couple of days, the engine light came on. We took it to White Allen VW and it was an easy fix, no cost. Ryan and all the employees were very polite and helpful. Even a shuttle to pick up the car... awesome!

My First Service At White Allen VW Ryan was great, the coffee was hot black and strong, and they got it done quick. Love it. Will go back. Ryan went the extra mile, I got the car back ready for the road.
Great experience It was very easy to drop off my car to be looked at, get a loaner vehicle, and then pick it back up when serviced was finished.
Very satisfied with the service. Prompt and professional. I like how clean the dealership was. Service very helpful in getting the part for the repair on the recall on my car. Received car back better than when I brought it in for the repair, car was washed and the low tire pressure was inflated. Service was above and beyond expectation. Would highly recommend to a friend.
