Love living so close to downtown and campus! Can't wait for tailgates!
Next to campus, next to downtown... Could you ask for anything better? Also, the new staff is awesome. I recommend living here to everyone and I think I will be living here till I graduate.

The complex does a great job with events and has a friendly staff! However, I do wish that we would have known about the construction prior to signing the lease. So one way to improve would be better communication about things both positive and negative! Also it would be great to know expected end dates of the construction. Thanks, whistlebury properties!

Living in waterford this summer so far has been a great experience. Big apartment with low rates and an amazing location, I'd definitely do it again.
