I've only lived here since August, buy my entire apartment renewed our lease, and we love it. It's incredibly affordable for the location, and surrounding complexes just start at $750 a month. We're in the process of getting stainless steel appliances and granite, and I can't wait to see the results. They built a fence to protect the residents and improve parking, and they have also built stairs into the cut through that we all use, something we didn't even know was going to happen. whistlebury is a great location but don't expect anything that isn't done to get done. for example, the student center that is still not finished was promised to be done when I moved in during August. also, an updated kitchen came 7 months into my lease and has still not been updated the way it was promised during the tour :)) our apartment was also trashed on move in day. they did compensate us accordingly but it was unprofessional. but the rent is ok for the location & other than all the BS they've shared, it's been a good... read more
I'd give it a no-star if it would let me! This is the worst complex ever. The day of move-in was a complete travesty. The place was a mess. My daughter and her roommates could not move in - it was a health hazard. Now - they've had a broken water heater that resulted in a power bill that was 3 times the norm, and the manager/owners refuse to even meet the kids half-way and help with a slight rent break. I would highly discourage anyone from renting from these slum lords.
Waterford is definitely the best location for the price.
