We moved my daughter in this past weekend and the rooms were filthy. Old candy was behind the doors, broken floor pieces, broken window panes, torn screens, etc. These people do nothing but turn these rooms. No cleaning is done by anyone other than the previous tenant and we all know how that goes. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. FILTHY PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!

Whooohooo! Happy Happy Day! Our daughter is done with Whislebury! From move in day to move out day, these apartments are awful! Very dirty on move in day. I only wish our daughter would have allowed us to be there during checkout. I can only imagine the charges she will get from previous residents. She was still vacuuming up dog hair from the previous renters when she moved out. Gross gross. Don’t move here. Go to the Standard. The rent there is worth every extra penny.
I have had zero problems here. I lived in a 2 bed 2.5 bath. This is my 5th different residence in Athens and it has been my favorite so far. I would resign if I wasn't graduating. If you hear issues from folks, they probably had very isolated incidents. None of my neighbors have ever complained about the property or management. We requested maintenance just twice and the crew came to fix both issues within 24 hours of the call, one of which was fixed the same day. Well there’s no option to give It 0 stars... I have had the worst BUG INFESTATION I have ever seen in my life twice where they would crawl all over my room kitchen and were in the appliances as well as dropping from the ceiling. Worse than anything on tv or in your wildest nightmares. I have had fire alarm malfunctions where they GO OFF all night and is classified as a nonemergency issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is absolutely horrific. They do not care about their residents in the slightest. When I moved in my apartment was covered in dog hair and still is after many times vacuuming. I was told that my carpets were steamed before moving in and that all the dog hair was just “carpet fibers”. After a day management finally agreed to steam my carpets “again”.
