Whistlebury Properties has great individuals working for them that are always willing to help. Also the new renovations they are working will be some of the best places in Athens to live. Be sure to go by and check them out.
Super convenient, great prices, and great experience. Highly suggest checking them out and living here for your college experience! Gotta check out The Bury bar downtown too!
I suggest looking elsewhere. The reviews before me are spot on, so there's not much else to say. I've been crashing other apartment's pools for the past year, and can never sleep well when friends are over because unless you have a parking sticker you will be subject to towing. Ridiculous that we live in a college town and can't even have parents over to visit without the risk of this. A house rental is the way to go, folks.
Let all our food rot before fixing the fridge. If it's not an emergency they won't fix it.
I mean really, what kind of apt complex would inform their residents of a construction project thats supposed to take an estimated 9 months (aka 75% of the duration of your lease)? not this one. no need for an alarm clock because the jackhammers will surely wake you up everyday around 8 am. the wear and tear on your car from going up and down the one-way gravel lot entrance into the parking lot is fun as well. not having an office or pool has also been a major perk. This is the WORST, most irresponsible apartment complex there is in town. Do you want to live in a construction zone, have ZERO peace and quiet, no one to help you with the issues you raise against the apartment complex, a horrific move-in, no pool, rude management and over-priced rent? Then this is the place for you! Lived here for WAY too long already and had I known or been warned this would be happening this year I would not have signed my lease here.
