I've lived here for 7 months and I'm living here again next year. The location is perfect, front desk is very helpful, and the amenities, giveaways, and tailgates are a bonus.
I just recently signed my lease to live at Whistlebury Walk in the fall, and I couldn't be more excited! The location is awesome (right downtown and super close to campus), the amenities go above and beyond, and the price is way more affordable than other properties in the same area. Everyone I've spoken to has only had wonderful things to say about Whistlebury Properties. I can't wait to move in!

The rooms are very spacious! I live in a flat and every room has walk in closets and their own bathroom. While management could use some work, I enjoy living there overall. The rent isn't too expensive either and it's walking distance to DT!
I moved into Whistlebury Walk last semester and i've already re-signed for the upcoming year. It's been great so far! To me, one of the best qualities of Whistlebury is its great location. You have an easy 10 minute walk to downtown (so you don't have to pay for taxis/ubers or spend a lot of money on gas) and you can easily walk to class. There's also about a 3 minute walk to a bus station, so you can easily access busses. They also recently had renovations, so they're pretty nice.
I just moved into Whistlebury this semester and I'm pretty pleased with them! It's in a great location (5-10 minute walk to downtown), very affordable, and the people who work there are friendly. The only issue I've had is that they can be slow with fixing things, but overall I recommend Whistlebury to anyone who asks!
This is the best place to live in Athens! I've had no issues since I'm moved in and the staff is awesome!
I've loved living at Waterford Place so far! The apartment is really nice and the location (a ten minute walk to DT and campus) is well worth what I pay for rent. I also love looking out at the Oconee River on my back porch and the tailgates and other perks we get living here. The office staff and maintenance team have also been AWESOME and very helpful with anything we need!
I've lived at Whistlebury Walk for almost 2 years now and I will be very sad to move my things out! I've had a very pleasant experience living here and would recommend it to any UGA student looking for an easy location for an extremely reasonable price. The cut-through in the back saves me hundreds on gas money and saves me time getting to and from class.
