Customer service ABSOLUTELY awful! Brought my car in today my key was stuck in ignition. Service rep Anna immediately told me it was a key issue. Without even looking and sent me to instant key. Guy at instant key came out pushed my shifter and key released. Obviously a shifting issue that Instant Key had to diagnose . Shifter moves. Took it back to dealer to make a complaint. These people are the worst. Sit there for 2 hours for a oil change, then decide to ask about my car, and they can't find me in the computer. They ask me what kind of car I'm driving...Really.......
CRAPPIEST HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP THAT COULD POSSIBLY EXIST. Do NOT book service online....they'll simply say that they don't have knowledge of your appointment. (Even though you have a confirmation email AND text). Just terrible.
I should've read the reviews prior to wasting 3 trips to the service department, and they still can't tell me what's wrong with my car. They have a team of folks that don't have a clue and they are getting paid for incompetence. Like other reviewers, if I could provide a zero rating I would. The owner should be ashamed of that service department. This review is for my visit on August 23rd.
This place is horrible will not I repeat will not visit there ever again poor customer service impatient service adviser... Who was so focus on going home rather than making sure I was taken care of I Wasn't thanked for my business.. he gave the girl my paper work didn't see him until I got in my car No thank you or thank you for your business or have a good night horrible service

Good luck dealing with the finance department and follow up customer service after purchase of the vehicle. Worse place we have ever dealt with. Will never buy a Hyundai from this dealership or the one in Orange Park.
Waited 4 hrs to be told they replaced a gasket under my oil plug and adjusted my backup camera. Was having problems with my radio(main reason for my being there) and they only addressed that with me after 4 hours and sat me in the car playing with it and determined that my phone is the issue😡 The service department manager was slightly helpful at hour 4 by finally getting my car out of there.
