I made an appointment for 11:45 to get my brake switch repaired since it’s under recall. Reread the first line: made an APPOINTMENT. I’ve been waiting here for over an hour and a half, my car has not been touched, and since my brake switch is malfunctioning, my brake lights have been on the entire time because the technician didn’t have the common sense to disconnect the battery terminal. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT be back.
Had an appointment for service. I was there on time and my vehicle was taken back promptly after my service advisor took down my info. I elected to wait for my vehicle and my advisor took the time to advise me of their progress on my vehicle. I was in and out in an hour and a half and that included a wash.

My Salesperson, the Store Manager, and Finance personnel, were a pleasure to work with. They made me feel welcomed. They were very polite and professional. They made my experience a joyous one. I took my 2012 Sonata in for recall on a GDI motor inspection and was told I would get an oil and filter change. After a hour and a half my car was ready......so I thought. The check engine was still on. So I get home pop the hood and NOTHING was done under the hood. My receipt ticket shows an oil change. But I DID NOT GET THE OIL CHANGED like I was told.
