Mike Bates, the General Sales Manager, and Micah Williams were awesome! Micah was the best salesman and really made us feel like we were the #1 priority, making sure we saw what we wanted and in our price range. Our expectations were far exceeded, and they both made it happen for us. Best car-buying experience I've ever had!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my 2009 hyundai sonata for 10:30 am today. I'm still waiting on my car to be serviced. I'm actually writing this review while waiting on my car. This is the absolute worst service ever. How does it take over 3 hours for an oil change?? I will definitely tell my co-workers and friends to stay away from Westside Hyundai!
I need to be shut down, since they choose no to do right by the people they serve!
