Get rid of the INCREDIBLY OUTRAGEOUS DOC FEE
My wife took our Santa Fe here to have a recalled part fixed. While there, she asked the cost of an oil change. She was quoted $60 for a full synthetic change. When she went to pick up the car, they charged $80 for the oil change because there are other fees they didn’t mention for things like the filter. I have never paid a separate price for a filter. If I was present we would not have paid $80. We will never return here, and I will steer as many people away as possible.
Salesperson "Zay" was very unprofessional everything the consultant told me I wouldn't have to go through.I went through. They called me in for a trade. But I still got treated like I was not important.
Never have a deal and lie about warranty, won’t me to pay for USB card should of came with my car. Sit all day never courtesy 🚘
