I took my 2012 Sonata in for recall on a GDI motor inspection and was told I would get an oil and filter change. After a hour and a half my car was ready......so I thought. The check engine was still on. So I get home pop the hood and NOTHING was done under the hood. My receipt ticket shows an oil change. But I DID NOT GET THE OIL CHANGED like I was told. I got my car in Feb. We purchased 2017 Hyundai Tucson and Angela Jefferson and Nick helped us. They were very helpful and showed us everything we need to know about the car. They were very professional. I love my car.
I just purchased a 2015 Santa Fe from Westside Hyundai!! My Saleslady was Angela Jefferson and She was Asolutely Awesome!! She displayed great Customer Service Skills with a Beautiful Personality!! She did a great job and was very knowledgeable on the truck .She got the job done. I had a great experience!!!
Had a very good experience with the staff.. Patrick, Nick, Randal and others were friendly and informative,, they went above and beyond anything I expected.. I can't thank them enough.. definitely recommend anyone looking for a car new or used to check them out.. thank you guys for everything.. I will be coming back when the time is right!!
One of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Salesperson Angela Jefferson (ask for her) showed us new and used cars with no pressure, just good knowledge. GM Mitch Morton also gave us the feeling that he was looking out for our interest, not just Westside Hyundai's. We love our new car!
