I had a appointment for a oil change at 9:30am today 3/18/19 got there at 9:15 and didn’t leave till 12:30. When my mom told me she waits there for hours I thought she was exaggerating and on top of that she is not supposed to pay of her oil change but they try to charge her. The last 2 oil changes they charged her after she told them she has the maintenance warranty that covers oil changes. She didn’t want to argue so she just payed it. Excellent Sales and Service Team, very empathetic and knowledgeable on their products! Highly recommend them. They work with all types of vehicles and credit situations.
My wife took our Santa Fe here to have a recalled part fixed. While there, she asked the cost of an oil change. She was quoted $60 for a full synthetic change. When she went to pick up the car, they charged $80 for the oil change because there are other fees they didn’t mention for things like the filter. I have never paid a separate price for a filter. If I was present we would not have paid $80. We will never return here, and I will steer as many people away as possible.
