I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Westside Hyundai in Florida, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Steer clear of it! The service department is disgusting and full of fear-mongering robotic people. $14K worth of work in being told I need on my car! I was told yesterday I need new fuel injectors and an intake manifold for $5K. The worst service department ever, this store has been through so many of we are getting new staff due to the old staff not completing their job functions, and everyone say the same thing. Where do I start. Our car has a engine failure on 5/8 and was towed to this location due to it being under a full manufacturer's warranty. This location neglected to call me. I had to reach out to them if I wanted an update. This is the worst dealership in ************ **, for Hyundai motors. The customer service in the service department is just beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They need to get it together.
New sales AND the service department - zero stars if I could. I would NEVER take a vehicle here. The level of service is appalling. If their service department was a standalone shop, it would be out of business with their lack of service and care.

$3000 to repair the spark plugs, ignition coils, wheel speed sensor, and air filters. I questioned not only the cost, but if this was the reason why the vehicle had acceleration issues while making whinnying noise at about ****rpms, with smoke coming out the side of the engine (where the turbo is located), and the shaking of the vehicle.
