the salesmen are awesome here, but the servicing SUCKS. I have a prepaid maintenance contract for tire rotations/oil change. I always make an appointment when I know it’s time. I pull up in the designated check in area, people will walk by, look at you and not even speak to you. Took 15 mins to get checked in today for a OIL CHANGE today. Not only that but I dropped the car off there because I have a 4 month old baby and last oil change took 3 hours so I didn’t want to wait in their lounge for 3 hours again with a baby. do nothing but lie to your face from sitting with salesman then their sales approval then let you leave with new vehicle only to have them call you back in to put you in a messed up used car that aint worth nothing and almost kills you cuz it stalls out...then they put you in another new car that has malfunctions from the start such as usb not working ..no electrical ports working to them changing it out but getting the part from a car on the lot ...then after first service nothing but more problems ...this place has taken a... read more

Made an appointment to get my oil changed, and still had to wait for 2.5 hours and then they told me I needed to change my engine and cabin air filters and I declined. When I got home, my husband checked them both and they both still looked brand new. Will never visit this dealership again.

I recently purchased a 2020 Tuscon the service was excellent! From entering to friendly faces to filling out the dreaded paperwork the process was smooth and painless. Cornell was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and. very patient. He is GREAT!!!

Sherman sold me a beautiful race red Veloster N and I couldn’t be happier. Process was super easy, and convenient and Sherman helped break everything down for me. He was personable and welcoming, and really simplified the entire car buying process for me. If you’re going to get anything here, ask for Sherman!!

After a couple of bad experiences with the the Westside Hyundai service dept, I thought I'd give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 10am today. I got there and was told it would take 2 hours because they had others in front of me. After 2 hours of waiting, I checked and they explained that they hadn't started on the car but would get to it right away. I asked,"why schedule an appt if it doesn't mean anything?" I brought my car in because the brake lights were flashing they reassured me that they were going to check it they, had their best Tech 30 years plus work on it ...when I got my car back a week later the Tech did not know nothing about my car, let alone when it came in for, his excuse was I work on tons of cars how do you expect me to remember yours.... mind you he supposed to be working on it, not to mention the lack of communication on what's going on with my car the mis information they was inconsistent from the beginning... read more
