After contacting the online rep at Hyundai regarding their special and telling them how much I owed on my car and our current situation, they assured me that they could get me into a car with their voucher from "Buyback Billy" and their no down payment specials. I made an appt and took time off from work to go there. They could not take my car as a trade-in because of how much I owed, without putting money down.
