Getting tired of the corporate feel. I get ask my name multiple times by the same person(s), a well as rotating staff. Staff doesn't look happy. Most offices you have to pay for parking.
Dr Richard Morel is a fantastic doctor, always very thorough and ready to answer any questions I may have. The staff is very professional. I've been with him for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. The whole Westmed experience from the ambiance on is very positive!
Great doctors. Expect to receive excellent care as a patient but an awful place to work. The staff there are very unprofessional and unethical.
Many of my doctors have recently joined this group. NOT happy with many aspects of WestMed starting with the 'call center'. Very frustrating. Lacking much of the personal service that existed at the smaller Dr offices.
Not happy with the new roc faculty. For starters one of the pdeiatricians would constantly talk to my wife (I've witnessed it) like she's an overreacting idiot. Haven't seen him again except in emergency cases. Then we made an appointment for a pediatric orthopedist saw a ortho that not only didn't give us a diagnosis or much help at all told us he's not a pediatric orthopedist. When we tried to get our copay back as we now have to see a real pediatric orthopedist, they told us no. That the dr treats children. There's a diff... read more
