My appointment has been canceled because your billing department is not willing to work with me! Are you serious!!! The level of torture your billing department has put me through is unacceptable, purely evil and in humane. And now I can’t make my pre surgery appointment because Westmed would rather send bills into collections instead of work with patient. No I am will not be recommending this group!!
RecommendedDr Reza Momeni performed my breast reduction and I could not be happier. I've been questioning why I waited so long but thankful I did and that Dr Momeni was my surgeon. His staff is knowledgeable, patient and thorough. From the consultation through post op care, it has been an exceptional experience. RecommendedSMG has some of the most caring doctors in their practice. I will start with my Primary Care-Dr Brancato. She takes the time to explain the issue so I can understand and also answers any of my concerns. Dr Strakhan also takes the time to explain all my test results. RecommendedI had a total hip replacement by Dr. Richard Rosa and I was walking basically pain free within a week. I am walking and moving better than I have in years. I am so happy with my surgical outcome.
It’s disappointing how two different employees give you a price for a visit but because the doctor decides that the visit was “complicated” they charge you more for the visit. Honestly as a former employee I’m very disappointed in this. If the provider would have spent more than 15 min in the room with me then I would justify it.
