This COMPANY has the worst customer service on Earth! I say company in caps because they'll do anything to save a buck. Ever wonder why you can't reach somebody? It's because their call center is in North Carolina! Their choice to cut anything and everything to save money costs the patient.
The WestMed group had refused to take responsibility for their error in billing. Regardless of the fact that Aetna informed WestMed that I am responsible only for the co/pay during a conference call. I mailed them a statement of benefits from Aetna yet no one has read it. I have been a patient of Dr. Leggatt for many years and even asked to speak with her but was never allowed. I would recommend that any and everyone uses the doctors at WestMed. Skilled professionals that make you feel comfortable and confident.
This is the worst medical group, no one would ever believe what I've been threw with this group, nothing is done right at all. You can't get in touch with a doctor, you suffer and wait forever for help and it's never pleasant, it like all my fault I'm sick, this is a poorly run medical group.. I will never use them again..
