Have great doctors but you are supposed to communicate with them through their web site- the site is from the 1990s can't access from mobile and from PC takes minimum 20 minutes. Can't believe they don't upgrade it . That and charging you to park so you can see them is a disgrace. These guys are penny wise and pound foolish.
Horrible!!! If you need to see your doctor because you're ill, good luck, you can never get an appointment. I have been a patient for over 10 years and it's become ridiculous now, why bother having a doctor if you're always told to go to Urgent Care. The contact center is horrible, more concerned with verifying insurance than handling the reason you called. Miss the old days of WestMed!
I love this group. The doctors are great. The scheduling is not good. All done from off site which makes it very impersonal. But love the doctors.
My primary physician Dr Paglia is with westmed i have nothing but praise for him,, he and the staff are very caring,, plus I have dealt with two other doctors in the group and had a great experience with them and the staff involved with them.
Not happy with the billing department of this facility Unprofessional and not able to do a good job. Follow the agreements you have in place with your clients.
