Westmed billing is AWFUL! unresponsive and frustrating to get correct information and ZERO followup.
I agree with the long wait. Also, they charged me $330 for telling me nothing, but sending me over to another specialist, who actually helped me with an ultrasound (which Summit Medical could not perform). All that stress and waiting with zero answers. Meanwhile the other eye specialist helped me so much, with an ultrasound and follow-ups at reasonable lengths of time.

RecommendedCan’t say anything but good things about Westmed. Never had a bad experience, never a long wait time. And the various staff members are the most pleasant I’ve ever dealt with. This includes both the North Broadway-Yonkers and Ridge Hill branches. Thank you for your professionalism and top notch service!
