Difficult to make appointments and then requesting Medical Records is a huge frustration and extremely expensive!! $67.00 for medical records for continuity of care. Asked that they be prepared for me instead of going directly to the physician. More then 2 weeks prior, never received a phone call to say that they were ready. I called to follow up, they told me price which I agree to pay and then I have to wait for them to be prepared and they'll only be prepared after I make payment!! Too hard to make appts! The App is clumsy and cumbersome, and the Call Center is worse. If you’re in pain or discomfort, they’ll still offer you an appointment five days out. Not good enough, and inhumane. I suspect they’re not even very good to their employees; feels like they’re too $$$ oriented
At Urgent Care Florham Park, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait... even when you are only one of three patients in the wait room. Obviously, very understaffed.

By allowing patients to talk with someone in the doctor's office direct instead of playing phone tag with a messaging service.
To get an appointment either pain management takes forever and then they make you finally get in for an epidural shot. Was told it could take more then one. Ok... wait three weeks for a follow up after the first shot. Oh and then told it’s going to take another three weeks before I could get another epidural shot. So since 4/2019 till first shot 6/23. Follow up 7/23 now they tell me 3 weeks after my follow up. Not right. 3 herniated discs and no comfort.
It saddens me to say this, but unfortunately Summit medical group is not at all what it used to be years ago. Now, I am unable to schedule my regular doctor appointments for months; the same doctors that used to spend time with their patients are now forced to rush you out. It used to be such a great group where my whole family and all friends went for all of our medical needs.
