Had a appointment today with DrRow from oncology staff .She was very compassionate regarding my problem was there almost an hour! I feel very confident we both well formulate a plan for my medical needs ! Thank you Dr Row you gave me hope today !
Not Westmed, WORSTMED! Calls get put on hold and transferred all over the place, customer service and scheduling are rude, it takes 25 minutes to get a simple question answered, billing office clearly needs serious help, always a wait. Worst customer service ever. Giant conglomerate of doctors. Never again.
