Westmed billing is AWFUL! unresponsive and frustrating to get correct information and ZERO followup.
RecommendedCan’t say anything but good things about Westmed. Never had a bad experience, never a long wait time. And the various staff members are the most pleasant I’ve ever dealt with. This includes both the North Broadway-Yonkers and Ridge Hill branches. Thank you for your professionalism and top notch service!

Westmed Medical Group is ruining the reputations of a great group of doctors and office staff in Stamford. The physical therapy office staff and their policies are the pits. Runaway if you can......I’ll never go there again.

Close and start over again, I thought I had found a good practice. Boy was I incorrect
I miss West Med and they way they used to be! I hate answering security questions over and over again. One or two are fine, but sometimes they ask 4 or 5 and even ask you to repeat it again, because it's for "security purposes" Sure they are. I cannot ever, ever, EVER reach my doctor(s).
