Rooms are clean and beautiful. On-site restaurant provides excellent service and delicious food. Hotel staff are average. They are not very friendly and do not go above and beyond to exhibit professionalism or hospitality.
Very nice rooms. The bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful hotel right downtown! We loved our room. It was HUGE! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was to die for!! Would definitely stay here again!!
Our stay last night was terrible. We made a note with our reservation asking for a crib to be put in our room. We called yesterday morning to confirm the crib and were told it was put in the room already. Upon arrival there was no crib in our room and we had to call 3 different times over the span of 2 hours asking for one. After a long day of driving our toddler was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The room is great. Super clean, large space, view, and what a tub. The staff was working hard to handle the massive amount of us Herbalifer's. They are doing a great job.
