Our granddaughter had her wedding there, everyone out of town stayed there, and all of family and friends booked rooms for the occasion. I can never say enough about the staff, from the valets, front desk,to the hospitality of everyone. We were thrilled with the dinner to the cocktail hour to the rooms. The view as well and the history of the building. We could go on and on, everything was taken care of. Sincerely Mr and Mrs Michael Bruce

We used the Westin for a block of rooms for our home wedding reception (got married out of the country) and a dinner the evening before. The front desk was supposed to hand out one welcome bag per room booked on our block. The first two rooms to arrive got nothing. Some, not all, of the next groups to arrive got one. I dealt directly with the front desk as I was there that evening for the dinner at the hotel restaurant. I inquired as to who still had to check in because I only saw 3 of my bags left behind the desk, there sho... read more

I am here now at the Westin. We arrived in town early (1pm), so I called to see if early check in was possible. I was told we had to physically come to the desk (?), and the man that I was speaking with was not very friendly. We were told our room was not available yet, so we had to go with a Queen room. We originally booked a King, and asked if there would be a difference in price, we were told, "I don't know". We get to our room, and the bed looked like a kindergartner made it. I can't explain the smell in here, but it's n... read more

We would give it more like a 3.5, but that's not an option. We stayed this weekend for the Kenny Chesney concert. The hotel is nice and it's awesome and convenient to be that close to the stadium. Everyone that helped us was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. The cons... very expensive for what you get. We had a queen bed. I don't think there's any reason for a hotel of this stature to have anything less than a king bed in a single bed room. You hear ALL the outside noise, but there's nothing they can do about that, that's ... read more

First off, this is more like a 4 Star, not 4.5 star hotel. Second, the room rates are deceiving. It does not include the $25 self-parking fee or the $12 internet fee. Hidden fees! You’d never see the Four Seasons charging its customers for wifi or self parking!! Actually, I’ve never stayed at any hotel (2.5 star to 5 star), that has charged its guests for WiFi.. Third, the noise from the trains is excessive.. Never will stay here again.

The customer service is horrible, rooms aren't worth how much they charge! Having to pay 21.00 for parking a night is ridiculous and they can't even get their billing straight!! We won't ever stay again!!

I stayed the weekend of February 16th it was great!!! The people were nice and welcoming. My fiancé and I were celebrating our 6th year anniversary, we went to the bar to get drinks and food and the waitress was horrible! So after my arrival I noticed that my card was charge. Ok cool, then Sunday after checking out my card was charged again!! I’ve called and couldn’t speak with any one.
