Awful. They made us take all of our bags to our room ourselves. Rooms were dirty. No fridge, microwave. They ended up giving us comped parking, a free breakfast and free drinks and appetizers. They wanted $40.00 per person for a steak and shrimp dinner. Outragious!
Riquel, at the front desk, was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us get a parking pass printed in a short amount of time. We had already checked out, so she didn't have to help us but really went the extra mile. This Westin definitely needs a little love from the company because the decor was disappointing compared to other Westins, but the beds and shower/bath were AMAZING as always! Room was spacious and clean. Service was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
A great hotel in a perfect location to enjoy downtown St. Louis, especially the ballpark. We have stayed here multiple times. Not disappointed!
This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in (here now.) It's what I think of when I hear the words, Motel 6. Outdated rooms, bad service, dirty comforter on the bed when I walked in... just to name a few reasons. I just ordered from their "healthy" menu (which is full of fried and non-organic food) - received a smoothie that is poorly made/warm, and, cold pasta with canned vegetables. Disgusting.
