RecommendedEveryone, from the Valet guys, to the front desk staff, and especially Paige the bartender were FRIENDLY!! Good food. Good drinks. Nice people. Highly recommended.
I will never stay at this hotel again. I was charged for a breakfast I never ordered or ate yet they refuse to refund my money. I stayed one night with family members - essentially a place to stay after a concert - and utilized no other services. I am not one to complain or dispute charges that are truly mine. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I’ve always preferred the Marriott brand, but now I will explore other options for both personal and business travel.

I will be more than willing to change my review of this hotel crazier on multiple occasions. But the lack of resolution over the front desk taking $200 of my money without even asking. I stayed at The Westin St. Louis this weekend, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, everything was great. I'd definitely stay at this location again!
Milton, the valet attendant, was nice, friendly and professional. He made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. What a great first impression? He is definitely an asset to your hotel.
So absolutely fed up with rude employees everywhere you go anymore! Booked 2 adults one child and as given one bed and told to have someone sleep on the floor! I’m pissed!
Everything about this hotel was great. Especially the rooms. Way bigger than expected! Perfect location as well!
Honestly, there were so many mixed reviews on your hotel that I was actually nervous to stay here; however, while I only stayed one night, I will say that it was one of the best stays I've had at a hotel. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. Front desk staff checked me in and the lady gave me one of the newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor and it did not disappoint. It was so beautiful!
