I would like to say that I have never had such a bad experience at any Westin hotel in my life before yesterday. This experience was like nothing I have ever dealt with before when it comes to hotels. From the moment I checked in until check I've experienced nothing but issues and horrible customer service. I travel for business and tonight's experience at the Westin St. Louis was the absolute WORST hotel experience I have had in 30+ years of business travel. First of all, I was put in one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in, aside from a New York City hotel room. I stayed at the Westin in July and absolutely loved it. I decided I would book another room for when I came back to St. Louis to see Ed Sheeran in concert. Due to the protest in St. Louis the concert was canceled, I called the Westin to cancel my room due to the protest in that area (9/16), and refund me what I had paid a month prior. The Westin stated they would refund me and I would see the funds back in my account within 3 to 5 days. Seven days later (9/23) I still did not have the refund and I called back, yet again.
