Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, room was large and very clean, bathroom was beautiful and spacious, conveniently located, overall very pleased with our experience!
I booked my hotel room 4 months ago for the Metallica concert, for the evening of Sunday June 4th. I had my reservation in-hand, as well as email from the Westin 3 days Prior, telling me they were ready for my arrival. I show up at 4PM, and am told that there are no rooms for me, and that my money was refunded and I was setup at the Marriott 5 blocks away. Found a groups deal for this hotel and was exceptional! We had tickets to a Cards game and didn't want to pay for parking twice, so the staff at the Weston said we could do an pre-registration that allowed us to go ahead and park, and go see the game which was literally right across the street. They called when the room was ready. The only downside was the hot water to the soaking tub didn't work at all, but we let the front desk know during checkout. They were gong to give us breakfast vouchers, but we had ale wet ate break... read more

Excellent room, friendly staff. No complaints except that Downtown St. Louis apparently stinks in the morning as a distinct smell that was strong outside after checking out was somewhat detectable in the hallway.
We didn't stay here - we just returned the rental car.
Room was hot and never cooled down. I was always waking up hot and uncomfortable. After taking a shower the entire bathroom was covered in water because the shower wasn't sealed. Thermostat was set as low as it would go and not cool below 70. Carpet was weird and the switches next to the bed were weird. They want $6 for Voss water in the room and charge for internet access. They should not put that BS water in the room and $175 per night for a stay....offer free internet. I would honestly rather stay at a Red Roof Inn or a b... read more
