Our room didnt get cleaned we had to ask for towels and soap replacements. Otherwise great location and friendly staff!
One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

We had a noncancellable paid-in-advance reservation thru Hotwire for 2 nights. We were told upon arrival that they did not have a room for us and we were sent to another hotel. We also were told we would receive a full refund. We arrived at the other hotel only to discover they had booked us in a room with 1 bed for 3 adults (our reservation with Hotwire was for 3 adults & appropriate bed types) and only for 1 night instead of 2. I just love how they delete most of the horrible ratings on the page. Do not stay here! When we went, our room was destroyed by most likely a staff member and we were billed. We were called liars and now the hotel won't even return calls about it. It's a shame! We were so excited about our stay and nice our room was and in the end, it was the worst hotel stay ever!!!
They are a rip off. My aunt took her daughter for a birthday weekend with a friend. They left their room in perfect condition. An hour down the road the hotel cleaned out her bank account and said they destroyed the room. Sh has tried contacting them in regards to this issue. They will not speak to o her at all. Make sure you take pictures, even a video when you leave so this doesn't happen to you.

Great hotel! Pricey of course, but great. Parking was a setback. $21/per night. But the Arch, Stadium, and other notable downtown landmarks are visible from the room.Staff is excellent and very efficient! I love the deep bathtub and the clear shower area. The room is very spacious and super clean! I would stay here again. However, I would recommend eating elsewhere as the restaurant here is really pricey.
