This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I couldn't believe how quite and relaxing this was even though it is right downtown.

We spent Saturday night at the Westin. The hotel was gorgeous and the rooms were very clean. However, we were not impressed with the service at all. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds. 2 hours PAST check in time, and the room was still not available, and we were told that it wouldn't be for at least another hour. They upgraded our room to a suite (not complaining about that accommodation), but that meant two of us had to sleep on a pull out instead of a nice, comfy bed like we were expecting. Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a wonderful time.
Great looking hotel, bathroom, and super soft bed. Also has a mini-bar in the room. Great location. Only knocks so far are that wifi is $12.00 a day and self park is $20 a day/$30 for valet.
After our reservation through Expedia got messed up, Terrell at the front desk was awesome and helped us get our reservation settled. He was super polite and very helpful. He turned out a very disgruntled person into a happy customer. He is an awesome person to have as your first contact with your guests.

Careful parking there, car might get broken into at front door!!
Love every Westin I have ever gone to across the world!!! St. Louis is no different, wonderful friendly staff. If anything could be different.... I would have to say Westin.... Please change the recipe to your homemade salsa.... It tasted great on my mozzarella sticks but not on the tortilla chips.
